Easy French Bread: No-Lactose

3/4 cup + 2 tbs water
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoons active dry yeast

This recipe makes a great loaf of bread without the milk. It can also be used to make dough for cinnamon rolls and other baked goods. It is a good all around recipe and has the added benefit that it can be safely eaten by the Lactose Intollerant.

The details are pretty simple. Add the water first and then the flour and then the other ingredients. Put on the normal cycle and wait. You will have great tasting bread that comes out perfect every time (well, almost every time).
