Dill Rye Bread Recipe

3/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup rye flour
2 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1 1/2 cups bread flour
11/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

Add wet ingredients to pan first, then dry ingredients. The terragon and dill give this bread a spicy flavor that might go well with pastrami and mustard, and would make a great Reuben sandwich.

This recipe will make a one pound loaf.
