Bran Bread

6 ounces warm water (3/4 cup)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oat bran
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Add wet ingredients to pan first, then flour, bran and other dry ingredients. Makes a light wheat bread with a different flavor. This bread has great texture and is excellent with jams and a cup of tea. This is a one pound loaf recipe.
