Herb Cheddar Bread
Ingredients:
5 ounces warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon chervil
1/2 teaspoon terragon
2 cups + 2 tablespoons bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:
Add wet ingredients to pan first, then flour, then spices. The dough-ball tends to be dry until the cheese melts. If the machine motor has trouble try adding an additional 2 tablespoons of warm water.

Herb Cheddar Bread goes well with soups and salads.
